This rubber bushing connects the 19mm front sway bar to the end link.

Sway bars came in both 19mm and 21mm sizes.  It's easy to check which size your van has by hopping under the front of your van with a 19mm open end wrench.  If the open end of the wrench fits over the sway bar, you have a 19mm.  If it doesn't, you have a 21mm sway bar.
