One of Rocky Mountain Westy's flagship offerings for both Vanagon and Bay Window bus conversions! This integrated stainless steel exhaust system is manufactured right here in our own state of the art fabrication shop. Featuring true mandrel-bent tubing milled in the Rath Gibson plant in Wisconsin, this durable exhaust will give you years of rust-free, worry-free performance.

The primary tubes, comprised of 1-1/2" .065 304L stainless steel, flow into a 2-into-1 stainless collector before finally heading through a 2" stainless collector pipe. Our flanges, thick 3/8" steel, are water-jet formed and jig-welded for perfect fitment. Our splices are gapless for a precise, strong joint. Slip-fit connections use industry-leading Tork-Tite band clamps (included), to create a rock solid, rattle-free exhaust.

This system will work on either a 2.2L or 2.5L Subaru engine conversion. It's designed to be used with a slip-on Magnaflow catalytic converter and muffler (also available from RMW). The Magnaflow converter that we offer has a provision for an O2 sensor. All kits include a 180 degree U-bend with a threaded bung to accept your second O2 sensor, if you choose an OBD I system we include a plug and gasket for as you will only require the O2 sensor in the catalytic converter.

The exhaust note from the system is perfect: a quiet idle and cruising speed and a nice deep tone under heavy acceleration. The best of both worlds!

Please Note: This exhaust system will not work with the Subaru U5 Ultra Low emission engine.
