Diesel 4-way coolant hose. It connects to the expansion tank, the coolant pipe that runs forward to the radiator, the oil cooler, and the flange on the cylinder head. Fits 1.6Ltr, engine code CS from 12/84-on, 1.7Ltr, engine code KY from 01/85-on, and 1.6TD, engine code JX from 08/85-on. If your expansion tank has a sensor, this hose is for you.

It is possible to use this hose for diesel models 1980 thru 11/84, but you will need the following parts:
025121403A This is the later version of the diesel pressurized reservoir. On the early version of the pressurized reservoir, the hose flanges are the same size, and on the later version, the top flange is bigger than the bottom.

In addition, the hose will have to be modified. Please see the photos above. The early diesel coolant transfer tubes that run to the front of the van enter the engine bay more toward the center of the van than the late model diesel. To make it work, you must cut the hose and use a 1.25" pipe with a 90° bend.

RMW-CBB This is the reverse coolant bottle bracket. The early reservoir mounts differently than the late and you will need this bracket to install it.
