This kit contains enough hose, fittings, and clamps to replace the heater hoses in watercooled 2WD vans.  Available in standard rubber or heavy duty upgraded silicone hose.

Contains:

• 28-feet of rubber hose
• 12 high quality hose clamps
• Two Tee fittings
• One billet hose reducer
• One straight fitting

Fitment notes:

• Due to the unique configuration of their fuel tank, Syncro vans will need to order an extra seven feet of rubber heater hose.
• This kit replaces:
  • Both long heater hoses from front heater core hoses to rear tees
  • Hoses from the rear tees to the rear heater core
  • Hoses from the rear tees to the plastic distribution tower and metal pipe at the rear of the van
• If you have a 1.9L, this kit does not contain the small hose from cylinder #1 to the heater tee.  That hose can be found separately here: Silicone Coolant Hose - Cyl #1 To Rear Heater Core Tee
• Since this kit eliminates the now obsolete tapered rear heater core hoses, you will need to install the included aluminum reducer in the hose that goes to the rear heater control valve in order to assure that the front heater core gets the proper flow of coolant.
• This kit does not contain either of the pre-formed hoses that attach to the front heater core.  You can find those hoses here:

  • Front heater core return hose
