The best mirrors on the market for your Vanagon.  These LT Truck Mirrors have two solid mounting points allowing for stable positioning on the road and over bumps.  The viewing area is greatly increased from the original mirrors.  As a bonus they swivel in toward the body if you need to gain some side clearance.

FITMENT NOTE: These mirrors utilize your existing mirror attachment points but require additional hardware to attach to the upper section of the door.  We recommend #10 X 7/8" countersunk sheet metal screws commonly available at any hardware store.   

Some of our customers have chosen to drill larger holes and use expanding nuts in the upper mounting position. This installation is much more complex and recommended only by a body shop or experienced professional.
