This fuel tank line adapter transitions your fuel line from 7mm to 12mm.  Fuel tanks in early vans had a 7mm fuel outlet and later vans upsized to 12mm for increased fuel flow.

We would encourage you to order our complete Early Vanagon Fuel Filter Upgrade Kit rather than ordering this adapter.  The upgrade kit contains everything you'll need to transition to the later style filter after the fuel pump while retaining your original 7mm tank. 

If you are replacing the fuel tank in your early van, we recommend upgrading to the later fuel tank with the 12mm outlet.
