How do I check my order status?
To check the status of your order, click ‘My Account’ at the top right of any webpage on our site. If you would like to see an itemized description of the order, simply scroll to the order you want and click on it. The next page will have all the details listed.
How do I modify my order?

How do I reorder items I have already ordered?
If you would like to reorder items that you have already ordered, click 'My Account' at the top right of any page on our website. Once logged in, you will be on the 'Orders' screen. You can click into an order and view the details. From there, you can check items in that order. On the left-hand side near the bottom of your order, you will see a "Reorder" button. Simply click that and follow the process!
How do I cancel my order?
To cancel an order that has not been shipped, please email support@vancafe.com or call 970-310-3441
How do I change my billing / shipping address?
If your order has been placed but not yet shipped, please send an email to support@vancafe.com or call 970-310-3441.
If you'd like to change your address in your account, go to 'My Account' in the top right corner of any page on this website. Click on the 'Addresses' tab and there you can edit, delete, or add any of your saved address.
When will my order ship?
For most orders, we can generally ship same day. As long as orders are placed before 3:00pm MST and are not too large, like a Subaru Conversion Kit, we can get it out the door that same day. Larger orders can take up to 3 business days to safely package and get out the door. Next-Day Air and 2nd-Day shipping options will leave the same day. We DO NOT ship on weekends and recognized holidays.
Do you offer free in-store pickup?
We offer free in-store pick-up here in Ft. Collins, CO! When selecting your shipping method, use the menu to select 'Pickup at Van Cafe Headquarters' and be sure to change the shipping address to: Van Café/Rocky Mountain Westy, 1230 Blue Spruce Dr Unit 5, Ft. Collins, CO 80524. We will contact you when your order is ready, or you can schedule a pick-up time in the 'notes' section when checking out.
An item I am looking for is out of stock, what do I do?
If the product you are looking for is out of stock on our website, you can use the 'Email Me When Back In Stock' button on the product page to sign up for an automated email and you will be notified when that item is back in stock.
An item is missing from my order, what do I do?
Important Note: You must inspect your shipment and report any damage or discrepancy within 48 hours of receipt.
Please make sure you open and unwrap every piece of packing material and any smaller boxes that you received within the package. We have come to find that usually, the missing product is found after a second, closer look (we pack it well!).
If you still suspect a product is missing from your order, we will need a copy of your invoice and pictures of everything you received including the parts, packing material, and boxes. Please send email to support@vancafe.com
What are your sales terms and conditions?
1. Sale coupons cannot be used in conjunction with other coupons/promotions.
2. Customers who receive Wholesale/Jobber pricing on products are not eligible to use the discount codes.
3. Offer applies to orders placed in the sale period only and does not apply to existing orders.
4. You must use the given coupon code during checkout for the sale pricing to take effect, all orders that do not use the code are not subject to the discount or refund.
5. Sales and the corresponding coupon are only valid for the given time frame of the sale.
Van Cafe Customer Loyalty Program Terms & Conditions
