Originally, when we got these from Classic Volkswagen they were the original style with the gold arm and Volkswagen logo, but these have since dried up. We're still getting these from Classic Volkswagen under what they are calling a "genuine reproduction quality part". Quite obviously they look different in color and the fact there is no Volkswagen logo as well. It really doesn't matter as Classic Volkswagen is the only source for this part right now.
