This funky three-way rubber coolant hose connects the radiator feed pipe heading to the front of the van to the coolant distribution tower on the firewall.  It has a branch that heads forward to the automatic transmission oil cooler.

This hose fits from chassis # 24-H-022956 (early 1987) through the end of production in 1991.

Fits 2.1L Vans with automatic transmissions only.

If your automatic Vanagon uses the 251121438B coolant tower than this is the hose for you.
