Remember:  your manual window regulators are at least 35 years old at this point and are probably dirty, out of adjustment, or just plain worn out.  If you feel resistance when trying to use this window crank, we HIGHLY recommend disassembling your door and servicing the regulator!  Worn regulators break window cranks!
