Description  

This bolt is used in two very different applications in the Vanagon:

  • In Syncros it secures the inner cv joint on the front axle to the differential.
  • In 2.1L 2WD vans it serves as the upper bolt in the thermostat housing.
  • in Syncros it serves as both the upper and lower bolt in the thermostat housing.
