For the Syncro transmission, this washer is used on top of the upper mounts for a total of 2 required on the trans. On the front differential, this washer is used on top of the upper mount and below the lower mount and on top of the rear mount for a total of 5 required for the front diff. These are aftermarket items and are now made of stainless steel.
