This stainless steel version of 1986-1991 Vanagon 2.1L 2WD and Syncro water pipe connects the water pump to the thermostat housing. The side with the flange that bolts to the water pump requires this O-ring that we include. Even on non-rusted vans, this pipe takes quite a beating as it is in the firing line of rocks and debris kicked up by the left rear tire.
