The RTD Side Ladder for Ford Transit allows you to gain access to all of the gear you have mounted on the top of your van - securely and comfortably. Designed and manufactured specifically for Ford Transit vans this side ladder integrates with our Rooftop Deck. The Van Cafe RTD Side Ladder was designed with function in mind, but we didn't skimp on the aesthetics, either. 

NOTE: this ladder is for the Fort Transit High Roof only. Low & Mid Roof coming soon! 

• CAD engineered for the perfect pitch and distance from the van
• Tig-welded and jig-manufactured for accuracy and consistency
• Steps are laser cut, bent and formed on a CNC press brake
• Width of the steps is 15 inches - which means significant surface area while keeping a low profile
• Total width of ladder is 18 inches

• Side rails are 6063 aluminum tubing
• Side rail can be used for electrical conduit - no need to drill holes in your roof for fans, solar panels, etc. 

The ladder attaches directly to the Rooftop Deck: Base Perimeter Rack, so no need to drill holes into your van. It can be mounted anywhere between the wheels.
