      BIG SHOT SHIFTER FUTURE AVAILABILITY

Am pleased with the two product purchases and your professional team of VANAGON specialists. Am hopeful that you can provide an approximate date of availability for Big Shot Shifter. Thank you in advance for your reply.

      Great service

I flew to fort collins and bought a vanagon. I stopped by your shop since i was in the area and Nick took the time to show me around the fabrication shop and warehouse. He also assisted me with buying a side mount ladder. Oh ya and my daughters loved the cookies! Thanks again! Rob

      Ladder Fiasco

I’m hoping it’s awesome! I’m hoping it works great! I would love to have it for my road trip since I ordered it a month ago - but I would say if you want to give yourself five stars on the ladder go ahead! I’m sure I will love it since it’s easier than crawling up on the side of the van to access my Yakima box. I really wish it was here since our road trip to Michigan and back to LA is going to start in about 24 hours.

      Vanagon ladder

Fairly easy to assemble although a bit less intuitive than I had expected. Excellent fitment on the van and feels very sturdy on the climb, even with gear in hand. Would most definitely recommend to anyone looking to better utilize roof space.

      Rocky Mountain Westy Vanagon Ladder

THE MAIN ISSUE I WOULD RAISE FOR ALL THESE COMPONENTS IS THAT YOU SHOULD EITHER INCLUDE PAPER ASSEMBLY DIRECTIONS OR MAKE IT MUCH MORE CLEAR HOW TO FIND THEM. THANKS

      RMW Ladder

Excellent! Super straightforward assembly. Appears solid. Holds my 187 pound body with no worries it would collapse. Great product!

      RMW Ladder

Looks great, works well. Assembly was easy as long as you're diligent. The instructions didn't match exactly, so some interpretation was necessary. I suppose the only thing I would complain about is the security aspect. I feel like the pin system that's used to secure the bottom of the ladder could be improved on whilst still utilizing the jack mount holes. In combination with the pin system, I feel like the ladder is especially vulnerable at the top where the hex screws that clamp on the gutter can simply be unscrewed. A security hex head with a raised pin in the center would have been a good finish to any exterior mounted piece, especially one that's +$500. But hey, what the van wants, the van gets!
