Excellent quality radiator for your water-cooled Vanagon.  After sampling most of the brands on the market, we believe this is the best of the bunch.  Unlike many competing radiators, this unit uses a superior brass bleeder screw rather than plastic, eliminating a common failure point.

• Fits all 1983.5 - 91 gasoline Vanagons
• Fits diesel Vanagon 8/82 - 91; 1.6Ltr, 1.7Ltr, and 1.6Ltr turbo diesel
• It can also fit earlier Vanagon diesels, but it will require modification to the auxiliary fan switch and fan shroud.

Note:  As the Vanagons are all getting older, we find that poor flowing radiators are often the root cause of persistent cooling system problems. Cooling systems are the Vanagon's weak point, so best to stack everything in your favor by having a known good flowing radiator. We package them well so they can make the journey safely.
