These are replacement rubber lines for the feed and return lines that run the length of the van from the power steering rack to the pump. 

This kit has changed from our original kit. The fitting on the engine bay side of the return hose will have a -8JIC 37 fitting. There will be a female push lock fitting included in the kit.

The image showing the larger diameter line with the bass quick connect fitting is the return line. The brass fitting is inserted and clamped to the return hose in the engine bay. The silver adapter at the other end gets installed IN the steering rack. [Note: There is an adapter that must be removed before installing the provided adapter]

The image showing the smaller diameter hose is the pressure hose. The same idea applies here with the silver adapter at the steering rack; remove the original, and install the provided adapter. The hose's female end then ends up in the engine bay and connects to the existing pressure line off the power steering pump.
