These high quality outer tie rod ends fit all vans from 1980-1991. 

Diagnosing bad tie rod ends:  If the steering in your van wanders or you hear a clunk going over bumps, you might need tie rod ends.  Jack up one front corner of your van, place your hands at 3-o'clock and 9-o'clock on the outer edge of the tire and rock it back and forth.  If you have lateral play, reach around and grab the tie rod end where it meets the steering knuckle.  Feel for play in the tie rod end.  Repeat for the other side of the van.

Consider replacing the complete tie rod assembly which include both inner and outer tie rod ends.
