Front outer wheel bearing for late-model vans. This will fit all 1985-91 2WD and later 1984 Vanagons. According to Volkswagen, this bearing will fit from chassis number 24-E 023828, but in some cases, we have found this to be incorrect. The best way to check is to measure the inner diameter of the outer wheel bearing. If it is 22mm then this is the bearing for you. If it measures 19mm then you need the earlier wheel bearing.
