There are two oil pressure switches in the 2.1L Vanagon, a low pressure and a high pressure.

The low pressure switch measures oil pressure up to approximately 2,000 RPM's.

The high pressure switch measures oil pressure from 2,000 RPM's and higher.

This high pressure switch is rated from .75-1.05 bar and resides near the water pump.  The originals were grey in color.

Fits 2.1L Vanagons from 1986-1991.
