Engine main seal, also called the flywheel seal.  This seal is at the front of the van behind the flywheel.

Fits all aircooled and watercooled Vanagons from 1980-91

Also fits T2 Bay window buses from 1971-79.

We ALWAYS recommend replacing this seal to keep your clutch assembly and, indeed, your whole engine dry and oil free.
