This pipe attaches to the catalytic converter on one end and to the 2 into 1 elbow on the other end. This part attaches with a donut on both ends and requires 8x40 bolts which are available in the full exhaust hardware kit. And you should use the copper lock nuts and the flat washers with those bolts.
