New Lifters
Neither the new, nor the rebuilt, lifters come pre-oiled and bled. To do this we recommend using a small oil can with pump and spout. Press spout against small hole in side of lifter and pump until bubbles stop coming out top with oil. There will still be some tapping upon start up, but it will be significantly less. Fits all Vanagons aircooled and wasserboxer 80 thru 91. Also fits aircooled Bus 76 thru 79.
