This is the upper high-beam adjuster for the rectangular headlights found on 1986-91 Vanagons.

There are two of these per high-beam (or four per vehicle).

WARNING: We recommend twisting the screwed end of these adjusters in and out several times before installing into the headlight and bucket as the plastic can be very tight and may result in stripping the philips head screw.
