This fuel tank filler neck grommet lives between the top of the filler neck vent tube and the plastic filler neck.  It seals the vent tube to the outlet on the neck.

Fits 2WD Vans 1980-1991 with plastic filler necks.  Does not fit vans with metal filler neck tubes.
