This exhaust hardware kit contains everything you need to mount the exhaust in your van.  Fits aircooled 2.0L, and WBX 1.9L and 2.1L.

This kit includes: 4 exhaust studs, 26 various length bolts, 24 washers, and 21 nuts.

At cylinder head, use 4 studs, 4 - 30mm bolts, 8 wavy washers and 4 regular nuts.

Use 3 30mm bolts and 3 wavy washers for the tailpipe.

Use 30mm bolts (or 40mm when metal donut is used in place of gasket on some late model exhaust elbows), flat washers and copper lock nuts for all other attachments from elbow pipes, to catalytic, to muffler.

The kit will have a few extra pieces since it covers all years, but it never hurts to have a extra few nuts and bolts.
