This is a new aftermarket power mirror switch that operates almost identically to the factory's original (NLA) switch. You will need to cut the existing connector off, use the supplied terminals, crimp or solder onto the existing wires (8 terminals are provided; only six are required), and then position as shown in the picture. Positions 4 and 6 are not used.
