Due to constant contact with oil, this oil breather hose often deteriorates and collapses preventing proper crankcase ventilation, or it tears and causes rough running and leaks or spits oil on the top of the block.

Fitment note: Some models of van have the hose broken into two pieces with a connector in the middle. In this case, simply cut the hose with a razor blade and replace both sections. If you need, here are 2 additional SS Liner Clamps #10.
