This is the bushing that supports the shift selector shaft at the side of the transmission.  It sits behind the transmission selector shaft seal. 

Fits 1983.5-1991 vans

Note:  It has come to our attention that all of the shift rod bushings on the market may have been made with the incorrect O.D Or I.D of the bushing. Therefore, you made need to sand the bushing to achieve the proper fit. Please do not purchase this product if you are not prepared to modify it.
