The Propex heater is a reliable and safe method for heating your vehicle. Propex stands behind it's heaters with a convenient warranty against parts and workmanship. The warranty periods are:
HS2000 and HS2800: One year from purchase
HS2211: Three years from purchase
If you are having running issues with your Propex heater, we are here to help. First read through the aritcles on our knowledge base. We find that the majority of issues with the Propex heaters are errors in installation, heaters in need of cleaning or heater systems that have been compromised by environment or usage. If you can't find a solution that fits your needs, tech support is via email only as this most easily allows the consolidation of information and the exchange of photos. Our technical support team will help you through the diagnosis and resolution of your issue. If it is found that your heater needs to be examined and repaired under warranty, we will help you through the process. Our in-house technicians can repair most issues with very little turnaround time.
Important note: Van Cafe is the US distributor for Propex. Due to licensing agreements, we cannot provide technical support or warranty service to heaters purchased outside the United States. Verification of purchase will be required for tech support and warranty service. For support of heaters purchased outside the US, you must contact the distributor or vendor in the country in which you purchased your heater.
