Enter the 2025 Van Cafe Calendar Contest
Peter Schofield sent us this photo of his van in the eastern Sierras and it made the August 2024 page of our Van Cafe calendar.
Here's your chance to show off your ride AND win some Van Cafe cash!
Bring the Van Cafe community along on your adventures by submitting photos of your VW bus or van out in the world. Each year, we feature 14 vans in beautiful environments in our printed wall calendar. Show us what awesome parts of the planet you've been exploring!
Rules for calendar submissions:
- The photo must have a van or bus featured prominently. We love the great outdoors but we want to see your van or bus as the hero of the moment.
- Look carefully at the background when choosing your pic to ensure there’s not a bunch of noise or clutter.
- You can submit low resolution copies of the photos but please have higher res versions available if selected. Printable images are at least 2550x3300 pixels at 300PPI. We cannot print images with lower resolution.
- Horizontal/Landscape oriented photos only
- Think about your submission in terms of season. Perhaps 3/4 of the images we receive are taken in summer months. Let's see your van in its year-round glory!
- Contest closes Oct 1st, 2024

- Your contact details
- The name of the photographer and van (if it has one)
- Photo location
- Instagram handle if you have one
Winners will receive:
- Front cover: $100 Van Cafe store credit and a free copy of the printed calendar
- Month page or back cover: $50 Van Cafe store credit and a free copy of the printed calendar

Legal stuff: By submitting your photos you are giving Van Cafe unrestricted, non-exclusive permission to use your photographs. You also agree that Van Cafe may publish your name along with your Instagram account if your photo is chosen. Your photo may also be cropped, or edited by Van Cafe prior to final selections if deemed necessary.
