Block Party @ Van Cafe – Round Two!
Hey Van Fam,
We’re still smiling from last year’s very first Van Cafe Block Party. The energy, the laughter, the stories shared under the stars—it was everything we love about this community. From the van lineup to the music and food, you all made it a weekend to remember. We said it then and we’ll say it again: thanks for rolling in and making it such a success.
And now… it’s time to do it all over again.

Mark your calendars for Friday, October 24th – Saturday, October 25th. We’re back at 1230 Blue Spruce DR, and this year we’re keeping things fun, relaxed, and full of good vibes.

Friday Night Kickoff (Oct 24)

A casual hangout to start the weekend off right.

Rumor has it Brent—longtime Van Cafe friend, customer, and musician—may bring his guitar for some acoustic tunes.

Dinner? We’re thinking protein cookout meets potluck. We’ll bring the grill and main fixings; you bring your favorite sides.
Saturday Morning (Oct 25)

Swap Meet @ Mr. Mechanic (9 AM – Noon). Bring your extra parts, gadgets, and van treasures.

Breakfast burritos & coffee on us (thanks to Kevin, Mr. Mechanic Owner for sponsoring breakfast).

Stick around for a Q&A session with Kevin—expect van knowledge with a side of comic relief.

Saturday Afternoon & Evening

Odell Brewery Tour (1–3 PM): this year we’ve improved transport—more vans, designated drivers, smoother ride.

Blue Spruce Open House (3–7 PM): cornhole, games, food trucks, and all the good hangs.

Car Show (12–5 PM): VW pride on full display, with help from Rare Air VW Club and Cars & Coffee.

Trivia (3–5 PM): van- and VW-themed questions, with prizes for the sharpest minds.

Live Music (5-8 PM): Charlie Stevens Band is back and bigger than ever with new bandmates to crank up the energy.
Sunday Wrap-up (Oct 26)
We’ll close and say goodbye to everyone!
