This is the correct wheel hardware for both factory 14" alloys and aftermarket 15" and 16" alloys that require cone seat lug hardware.  It is also used with South African steel wheels as cone seat hardware is used with them.

Fitment note:  2WD Vanagons require 10 nuts and 10 bolts, Syncro uses 20 nuts.
