This rear brake drum adjuster plug is the rubber plug you'll notice in the brake backing plate if you look from the inside of the wheel.  It plugs the brake adjustment access holes in the backing plate.  

Keep your brakes clean by ensuring these plugs are present!

Fits all 1980-1991.  Two per side, four per van.
